Each address you choose to ship is considered a separate order and subject to applicable shipping and handling fees. Your order will be shipped to the delivery address you provided during checkout. Please make sure to provide all the details needed including apartment/suite/building number, and the company name if applicable. We do not ship to PO boxes in Canada.
All orders will be subject to a $5 shipping charge. All orders will be shipped by Canada Post ground. All orders (except samples) will be tracked. Tracked deliveries that cannot be delivered will be shipped again at the customer’s expense or cancelled.
Delivery times will vary according to the delivery address and may take up to 5-7 business days once your order has been processed. Orders are typically processed in 2 business days. Le Labo Canada is not responsible for any loss of the products following shipment from Le Labo Canada or its agents’ facilities to the delivery address. Le Labo Canada is also not responsible for any delays in delivery. Delayed delivery will not give rise to any penalty nor indemnity, and cannot be used as reason for cancelling the order.
Returns and ExchangesAll creations are final sale. Because all Le Labo Canada creations are hand-prepared to order with personalized labels, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if the items sent do not conform to your order, or should they be defective, they will be replaced and the return costs will be paid by Le Labo Canada.
Availability and Descriptions
The purchase of products on the Site is subject to availability. Le Labo Canada undertakes to accept and deliver orders within the limit of available stocks. Adding products to your Cart does not guarantee availability at the time of your order.
In case items are temporarily or permanently unavailable, we will send you an e-mail so that you are informed. You will then have the option of modifying or canceling your order. In case of a cancellation because of the temporary or permanent non-availability of items, we undertake to give you a full refund as quickly as possible.
Although we strive to update and keep accurate product and pricing information on the Site, errors and/or omissions may occur. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, Le Labo Canada shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. If an item is incorrectly priced and Le Labo Canada elects to refuse or cancel your order, we will notify you of such refusal or cancellation.
Fraud PreventionSome orders may be subjected to validity checks via calling and emailing the client. Please be sure to provide us with the right email address and phone number to avoid any delays in the order process.
Quantity LimitsWe reserve the right, with or without notice, to cancel or reduce the quantity of any order to be filled or products or services to be provided to you that we believe, in our sole discretion, may result in the violation of our Terms and Conditions. We limit orders to six (6) of any single item and twelve (12) total items. These restrictions may be applicable to orders placed by the same account, the same credit card, and also to orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. Orders exceeding these limits are subject to cancellation. We will provide notification to you should such limits be applied.
